Morning Mon - Fri 8:30am - 10:30am
Afternoon Mon - Thur 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Fee: $4 1st child, $1 per additional child,
monthly $35 1st child, $5 additional child
The fitness facility includes a weight area, exercise equipment and
aerobic rooms. Equipment is located on the
main floor, the lower level and
mezzanine. Locker facilities, showers and bathrooms are on the main floor.
Three TV sets with captions and FM audio transmission are viewable from the aerobic equipment so you can keep up to date on world affairs
and sports during your workout. Towels are available at the check
in area in the lobby and their use is free for members.
Features:
A wide range of exercise equipment Cybex, treadmills, stationary bikes,
free weights, stairclimbers. Aerobic, step yoga and spinning bike
classes.
(ages 12-15 must have direct adult supervision)
An
attendant is always on duty to assist. Coffee and water are
available and there is a lounge area to meet and greet friends.
You may keep your workout schedule and results on file in the centrally
located resource area. The facility's sound
system plays music to make
your workout even more pleasant. Check the current fitness
